Unfound Credentials? Which Way Nigeria by @9jaclicktivist
It is important to remember that timely data keeping is only one of many elements necessary for responsive Governments, and that “knowing in time” does not necessarily mean “acting in time”. Even in situations with complete information and perfect, up-to-date statistics, there are often capacity, institutional and political limitations that prevent addressing the problems at hand such. Cases such as Lost of credentials should be dealt with severely, Its hight time everything goes electrical, It is so funny, bad and ridiculous to find pile of certificates and data acquired by the government on shelves all over the governmental ministries, I fear for this act, I fear for rats, i fear for a lot of problem that might make those data go missing, how long can a paper last?
I cannot forget the president also suffered the Credential not found syndrome, his academic certificate was missing from the military official archives and not until April 2, 2015 his certificate was not found, thank God rat didn't eat his after months of Documents not found era, however a key reason for the relative slowness in data credential verification and confirmation is the method of collection and data saving. There must be some improvements in the data processing stage, with the use of scanners for automatic data entry, but overall the process remains similar to what it has for many years across our Public offices. A wide range of potential data collection methods sources and saving modes are now available as a result of the sweeping improvement in technical hardware (lower cost and better technical features) and connectivity (mobile ownership and network coverage) in the developing world.
Ensuring quality Credentials and data keeping also requires automated data processing. In this context, the cloud have enabled the computing model to shift from traditional data centers to hardware enabled publicly shared computing infrastructure, applying this new computing model can experience performance optimal findings and turns on scalability of not found documents issues, which arise from disappearance or not found documents from the gigantic paper credentials storerooms..

The most reliable path for better abolishing the not found certificate syndrome is to fully activate the electronic saving mode which will be an an empirical approach that relies on perfect method of keeping documents from loss or any unfortunate instance. Armed with this Electronic credential and data keeping of records, we can understand what would happen, verification with speed, and more importantly quick recovery of credentials in the future. Its hight time we stop our poor data storage process in Nigeria, paper or electronic storage, which way Nigeria?
