Vogue Magazine Names Wizkid As The Best Dressed Nigerian Pop Star

US based Fashion and lifestyle magazine Vogue, has crowned Wizkid as “Nigeria’s Best-Dressed Pop Star”.

In his interview with Vogue magazine, Wizkid said his fashion influences came from Pharrell, Nigerian fashion and Lagos lifestyle.Wizkid also revealed that he will be starting his own fashion line which will be made of “tracksuits, T-shirts, hats, and African attire as well.”

“I’ll have a special line for traditional [clothes] with my tailors”, he says casually.

“Talking fashion, music, anything—Africa is on top of all that” he decares.

President Muhammadu Buhari will on Sunday, January 17, embark on a three-day official visit to the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Sergei Mavrodi smiles after being released from prison in Moscow in May 2007. Russian businessman Sergei Mavrodi, whose MMM pyramid scheme deprived millions of Russians of their savings in the 1990s, has died of a heart attack, according to Russia media. Reports said the 62-year-old was rushed to the hospital late on March 25 with pain in his chest and died several hours later. Mavrodi's MMM financial pyramid was a typical Ponzi scheme in which earlier investors receive their profits from subsequent investors. Mavrodi promised returns of 20 percent to 75 percent a month, as well as lotteries and bonuses for investors. As soon as the number of new clients stopped growing, the pyramid collapsed, causing huge financial losses for at least 10 million people, in some cases leaving them destitute.
